Consultation Package ~
Available for families from the Newcastle
/ Central Coast and Upper Hunter Regions.
Natalie comes to your
home at or around when a sleep is due during the daytime.
For parents who think they only have nighttime sleeping
issues there is usually something happening during the
day sleeps that contributes to the nighttime problems.
Natalie assesses your baby’s
current sleeping / feeding and playing environment and
routine before walking you through changes that she
feels are recommended. In solving sleeping and settling
problems it’s not just about what happens at sleep
time!

Natalie will explain
the proposed new sleeping and settling routine to you
and make sure you feel comfortable with the concepts
before it is initiated side-by-side with you. Natalie
empowers you the parent with the skills and confidence
to get your baby to sleep and settle using the new routine
at the time of the consultation, you will see the routine
work and you will know exactly what to do at the following
sleeps. You can start using Natalie’s tools to
monitor your progress straight away!
Other information covered at the time
of the consultation includes rationales for the steps
in the new sleep / daily routine, developmental information
for your baby’s stage, troubleshooting information
for common situations in which baby has to sleep and
settle® and the simplest cues for dads’ and
grandparents!

The average length of a consultation is 3 hours.
There are three package options for the
local in-home consultations. The fee covers Natalie’s
preparation of your ‘Sleep and Settle®’ package
of information provided at the consultation. Please contact
Natalie regarding her hourly rate and your likely fees.
1. Consultation/Follow-up package
The fee covers the time taken at the consultation (and travel
if applicable) and 1 hour of telephone follow-up from Natalie
spread out over a week, to monitor your progress, answer any
new questions and fine tune the routine if necessary.
2. Consultation only package
Covers the time taken at the consultation (and travel if applicable)
with one only free follow-up phone call from Natalie included.
3. Follow-up only visit
Follow-up consultations are available for previous clients
whose baby/toddler/child requires a whole new routine due
to a different age stage or new problem. Fee is charges as
per normal consultation on an hourly rate (and travel if applicable).
